Jokester

Jokester

Jokester is a psychological drama centered on a woman battling deep emotional imbalance and long-standing mental instability shaped by the hardships that have shadowed her life since childhood. The mysteries that surround her—some created by circumstance, others by trauma—form a layered narrative that pushes her toward an inevitable confrontation with the forces that have defined her existence.

As the story unfolds, Jokester is caught between collapsing under the weight of her past or finally breaking through the system that has repeatedly failed her. The question becomes unavoidable:
Will she take control of her story, or will this become yet another tragic chapter in her turbulent life?

Inspired by Daniel Strehlau’s childhood drawing Psychological Grama, the film transforms its symbolic imagery into a compelling female protagonist whose identity is inseparable from her vivid red dress and long green hair—visual trademarks that embody both her fragility and her strength.

The resolution of her journey is haunting, unexpected, and impossible to ignore—leaving audiences moved, unsettled, and unable to look away.
